Yep. We know. Kinda different, huh?

You may be thinking…yeah yeah yeah, BUT, I workout all the time. I know what to do in the gym. I know how to squat and swing a kettlebell. I don’t need a trainer…I can jump right into your group classes and totally crush it.

Here’s the thing…no matter where you are in your fitness journey, you can always improve. Whether you’re a high caliber athlete, working through an injury, or a complete newbie, everyone starts with personal training. Everyone.

8 personal training sessions is the starting point. From there, you and your coach will decide whether you want to continue with personal training, jump into our group strength and conditioning classes or do a little bit of both (we call it our flex membership).

We do things a little differently here at Bella Strength. All of our members begin with a minimum of 8 personal training sessions with one of our expert coaches. Once you have completed your 8 sessions, then you have the option to join our group classes.

We have found that starting everyone with personal training is the best way for our coaches to get to know your movement patterns, your imbalances, and where you need to gain strength. Eight sessions is the sweet spot of spending enough time together for both you and your coach to feel confident in your abilities. Some members need more than 8 sessions, and that’s okay. This is a decision you and your coach will make together. 

That is what we like to call ‘open gym.’ While we don’t offer open gym times during the week (our gym is used for group classes and personal training sessions during the week), we offer open gym to our members on the weekends (on Saturday from 9-10am and on Sunday from 10-11am).

Abso-freakin-lutely! We would love to have you. Our trainers are dedicated to helping you feel more confident in the gym and in your body. We can guarantee you will walk out of the gym with more knowledge, confident and pep in your step than when you walked in.

We’re so happy you asked! We are conveniently located in North Boulder off of 28th street right next to CorePower Yoga. The best part? We have plenty of parking.

You betcha! We have Saturday and Sunday morning group classes (7:45am on Saturday and 9:00am on Sunday). We also offer open gym to our members from 9-10am on Saturdays and 10-11am on Sundays.

We’ve got you covered! Our group class schedule looks like this:

Monday & Wednesday: 5:45am, 8:15am, 12:15pm & 5:30pm

Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00am, 8:30am, 12:15pm & 5:30pm

Friday: 5:45am, 8:15am, 12:15pm & 4:15pm

Saturday: 7:45am

Sunday: 9:00am

No can do. We love your little ones, but you’ll have to leave them at home while you’re working out. This is YOUR time, and we want you to be able to focus 100% on rocking your workout.

Yes we do! You and your partner will receive a special monthly rate for our unlimited group classes.

We get it! Starting with personal training isn’t the norm. But, we have found that starting with personal training is the single best way to set you up for success in whatever route you choose to take (ie more personal training or group classes). We would love to chat with you more about our personal training sessions.

We have group classes every day of the week between 5:45am and 5:30pm.

On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, we focus more on strength training. You will see anything from squats to bench press to rear foot elevated split squats (that’s a mouthful, but a really great movement — don’t be nervous if you’ve never heard of it, we’ll teach you everything you need to know!)

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we focus more on conditioning. Your heart rate will be up in these classes, and the sweat will be pouring.

On Saturdays and Sundays, we like to have FUN. These classes are more laid back. On Saturdays, we focus more on conditioning and on Sundays, we focus more on strength.
