We have group classes every day of the week between 5:45am and 5:30pm.
On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, we focus more on strength training. You will see anything from squats to bench press to rear foot elevated split squats (that’s a mouthful, but a really great movement — don’t be nervous if you’ve never heard of it, we’ll teach you everything you need to know!)
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we focus more on conditioning. Your heart rate will be up in these classes, and the sweat will be pouring.
On Saturdays and Sundays, we like to have FUN. These classes are more laid back. On Saturdays, we focus more on conditioning and on Sundays, we focus more on strength.
