Owner + Lead Coach
Karen is co-founder and owner at Bella Strength. She brings with over one hundred hours of various fitness certifications, and nearly 18 years of instructing large, small and individual fitness classes. She has taught well over 10,000 classes to more than 100,000 people of all ages and fitness levels.
After experimenting and coaching so many different fitness routines over the years, Karen witnessed numerous overuse injuries from bad movement pattern and no real plan on how to achieve your goals. Her frustration with unsustainable results in the fitness industry grew into a deep passion to help people not only get fit, but stay fit for life.
At 40, Karen is stronger, fitter, and more confident than ever. She attributes this to eating clean, meal prepping and following a sustainably smart, simple and safe strength and conditioning program consisting of squats, deadlifts, pushes, pulls, gymnastics and proper mobility work. Karen strongly believes these fundamental movements are critical to living healthy, and they make up the foundation of the programming at BST.

Meagan is Bella Strength’s newest coach, bringing with her a deep passion for movement, fitness and the human body (what she likes to refer to as your “earth suit”).
Meagan found her way into the fitness world after a life long battle with poor body image and eating disorders. Through lifting weights, finding what worked for her body, healing her relationship with food and learning to move her body for fun, not to burn off calories, she realized she could embrace and celebrate her body, regardless of it’s size. This shift caused her to go all in to help other women do the same.
Meagan is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Outside of Bella, she teaches an old-school style aerobics class (with a modern twist + fun music) called HIGH Fitness.
In addition to fitness training, Meagan is a Certified Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a self-love coach, teaching women how to embrace their bodies as they are and eat guilt-free. She promotes a clean lifestyle through a holistic diet and safe skincare.
When she’s not in the gym, you can find Meagan cooking (and eating, of course), exploring local restaurants, spending time with her husband or dancing to just about any song with a decent beat.
