Jena Franz
Jena FranzLead Coach + General Manager
Jena Franz is the Lead Coach at Bella Strength. Jena was a competitive gymnast for eleven years and also competed at the collegiate level in pole vaulting. With a passion for athletics, she decided to pursue fitness as a career.
Ryan Segervall
Ryan SegervallCoach
Ryan graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelors in Integrative Physiology and brings with him an immense passion for human movement and obtaining a deep understanding of human anatomy as well as the nervous system.
Dominique Garcia O'Dell
Dominique Garcia O'DellCoach
Dominique is one of Bella Strength’s newest coaches, bringing with her a strong passion for health and fitness that started at a very young age. Dominique has always enjoyed movement, whereby she became a cardio junkie for years on end.
Kara Wolley
Kara WolleyCoach
Kara is a Colorado native who lives for fresh air above treeline. Kara began her athletic adventures at the age of 8 as a competitive swimmer which continued through college. Since then, Kara has found her love of the ”runner’s high” adventuring over Colorado peaks, completing various distances of races ranging from marathons to 50 milers.

Karen Harbour is the co-founder of Bella Strength and a Head Coach. With over 20 years of fitness experience, she is extremely passionate about teaching people how to move their body well so they can be everyday fit.
Jon Harbour
Jon HarbourOwner
Jon Harbour is the co-founder of Bella Strength and a Head Coach. He holds a number of different coaching certifications and has trained under and worked with several world renowned coaches in the strength and conditioning field.
