Karen Harbour
Karen HarbourOwner + Head Coach
Karen Harbour is the co-founder of Bella Strength and a Head Coach. With over 20 years of fitness experience, she is extremely passionate about teaching people how to move their body well so they can be everyday fit.
Jon Harbour
Jon HarbourOwner + Head Coach
Jon Harbour is the co-founder of Bella Strength and a Head Coach. He holds a number of different coaching certifications and has trained under and worked with several world renowned coaches in the strength and conditioning field.
Jena Franz
Jena FranzHead Coach
Jena Franz is a Head Coach at Bella Strength. Jena was a competitive gymnast for eleven years and also competed at the collegiate level in pole vaulting. With a passion for athletics, she decided to pursue fitness as a career.
Meagan Bertoni
Meagan BertoniJunior Coach + Health & Wellness Coach + Marketing Coordinator
Meagan Bertoni wears several hats at Bella Strength. With her wide range of experience, Meagan brings energy to the group classes, while also working one-on-one with members seeking to make changes to their nutrition and lifestyle.
