Its not just about the latest equipment or the best coaching. The accountability and motivation to show up and do the work is a lot easier when you are surrounded by awesome people, not mirrors and machines! This is the key to making a fitness program sustainable! 



We believe fitness is not “One Size Fits All.” Group classes not your thing? No Problem! We also offer personal training, remote coaching, and of course, 24/7 access to our facility. Want to switch things up? You can always try out different membership options as your training progresses or life circumstances change. This assures you never get derailed and can always continue to improve (aka flexible)!

Jena Franz
Jena FranzLead Coach + General Manager
Jena Franz is the Lead Coach at Bella Strength. Jena was a competitive gymnast for eleven years and also competed at the collegiate level in pole vaulting. With a passion for athletics, she decided to pursue fitness as a career.
Kara Wolley
Kara WolleyCoach
Kara is a Colorado native who lives for fresh air above treeline. Kara began her athletic adventures at the age of 8 as a competitive swimmer which continued through college. Since then, Kara has found her love of the ”runner’s high” adventuring over Colorado peaks, completing various distances of races ranging from marathons to 50 milers.
Zac Lokay
Zac LokayCoach
Zac has spent his whole life playing soccer, even playing at a DIII level at the University of Puget Sound
and going as far as Sweden to play semi-professionally. While at school, Zac majored in Exercise Science
with a Neuroscience Emphasis. Zac has worked with a wide range of athletes of various ages and skill
levels, doing sports performance for athletes of all ages from 11 to college aged. He has also helped lead
group classes for people of all different experience levels. When not in the gym, you can find Zac coaching and playing soccer, dabbling in guitar and piano,
enjoying hiking the Colorado wilderness, and on a very rare occasion playing a very poor round of golf.
Daniel Cabral
Daniel CabralCoach
Originally from California, Daniel grew up playing travel baseball and has been lifting weights since 2012. Daniel considers himself a jack of all trades having explored several facets of fitness such as long distance trail running, olympic lifting, yoga and calisthenics. Daniel has coached over 2,000 hours of group fitness classes and is always looking to become both a better trainer and athlete. When not in the gym; Daniel enjoys hiking, drawing, drinking craft beer and spending time with his girlfriend, Ksenia and their 2 dogs, Agua and Archer.

Karen Harbour is the co-founder of Bella Strength. With over 20 years of fitness experience, she is extremely passionate about teaching people how to move their body well so they can be #everydayfit.
