MEET OUR COACHES

Jena Franz
Jena FranzLead Coach + General Manager
Jena Franz is the Lead Coach at Bella Strength. Jena was a competitive gymnast for eleven years and also competed at the collegiate level in pole vaulting. With a passion for athletics, she decided to pursue fitness as a career.
Kara Wolley
Kara WolleyCoach
Kara is a Colorado native who lives for fresh air above treeline. Kara began her athletic adventures at the age of 8 as a competitive swimmer which continued through college. Since then, Kara has found her love of the ”runner’s high” adventuring over Colorado peaks, completing various distances of races ranging from marathons to 50 milers.
Jenna Poppenhagen
Jenna PoppenhagenCoach
Jenna has been coaching since 2014. Her journey started in CrossFit, but she has been expanding her knowledge in the world of strength and conditioning ever since. Before finding fitness, she was a classical singer/aspiring rock star, and only dabbled in light exercise. This lack of former physical prowess helped shape her coaching style and her love for the transformational potential of fitness for not only the body, but the mind and heart. When she’s not in the gym she enjoys cooking tasty foods, riding dirt bikes with her husband, playing board games with friends, and, of course, snuggling her chihuahua, Peanut.
Zac Lokay
Zac LokayCoach
Zac has spent his whole life playing soccer, even playing at a DIII level at the University of Puget Sound
and going as far as Sweden to play semi-professionally. While at school, Zac majored in Exercise Science
with a Neuroscience Emphasis. Zac has worked with a wide range of athletes of various ages and skill
levels, doing sports performance for athletes of all ages from 11 to college aged. He has also helped lead
group classes for people of all different experience levels. When not in the gym, you can find Zac coaching and playing soccer, dabbling in guitar and piano,
enjoying hiking the Colorado wilderness, and on a very rare occasion playing a very poor round of golf.

Karen HarbourCoach - Owner
Karen Harbour is the co-founder of Bella Strength. With over 20 years of fitness experience, she is extremely passionate about teaching people how to move their body well so they can be #everydayfit.
Jon Harbour
Jon HarbourCoach - Owner
Jon Harbour is the co-founder of Bella Strength. He holds a number of different coaching certifications and has trained under and worked with several world renowned coaches in the strength and conditioning field.
